By accessing this website, booking a free demo class, or registering for any course offered by British English Institute or SpeakUp Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

We currently operate two branches in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh:

• British English Institute — Jankipuram, Lucknow.
• SpeakUp Institute — Kursi Road, Lucknow.

Both branches are operated under common management and are collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "the Institute" in these Terms.

A one-time, non-transferable registration fee of ₹1,000 is payable to secure your seat in a batch at either branch. This fee is collected online through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay, and must be paid in full before your registration is confirmed.

• Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
• The registration fee is separate from any course/tuition fees, which are communicated at the time of counselling.
• The registration fee is strictly non-refundable once paid. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

Our courses are open to students, working professionals, and individuals of any age seeking to improve their spoken English and communication skills. Students below 18 years of age must have their registration form filled and fee paid by a parent or legal guardian.

Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behaviour towards faculty and fellow students at all times, both in-class and online. The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any student found engaging in misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behaviour, without a refund of fees already paid.

Batch timings are assigned at the time of registration and are subject to minimum enrolment and faculty availability. Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for effective learning outcomes; however, the Institute is not responsible for a student's individual progress in case of irregular attendance.

All study material, worksheets, videos, and content provided during the course, as well as the website's design, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of the Institute and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality training, the Institute makes no guarantee of specific outcomes (such as job placement or a particular proficiency level) resulting from course completion. The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

We reserve the right to discontinue a student's enrolment for non-payment of fees, breach of the Code of Conduct, or providing false information at the time of registration. No refund of the registration fee, or any course fees already paid, will be made in such cases.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
